• I love setting up websites
• I am first and foremost a graphics designer, in my dark past I was a broadsheet newspaper typesetter
• I was trained to think in pictures, and have always tried my best to get everything perfect
• I get involved in projects that further OSS (Open Source Software) community involvement
      & interaction like Openhatch
• I also love maintaining websites (system administration stuff) - firewalls, .htaccess rules, and installing VPS's.
• I like to extend myself in my weak areas and I'm currently developing my programming skills in PHP and Python  

my GOALS - this year

• Further develop my programming skills to be confident with my abilities in PHP and Python
• Add 2-3 real great sites to my portfolio
• Soak up more and more HTML5 and CSS3 goodness

• Expand my skills in PHP and Python, put a couple of frameworks in these under my belt.
      eg. Zend / Codeignitor (PHP) - Django & PyGTK (Python)
• Add 5-6 more great sites that I have developed to my portfolio
• Contribute back to the OSS community I love, be it a package, module or patches or maybe a complete new project.

• Be involved in mentoring someone else to not only further my own perspective but
      also to give back to web development community that has helped me
• Increase my confidence with different programming languages by adding another language to my toolset
      - Probably Ruby on Rails or Java
• Have 8-10 great sites that I provide tender love & care for

For now that's what my heart desires, I will probably revise & reconsider these during the 3 years.
